St. Augustine’s wonderful Anglican Church Women announce:
This year’s theme is Awake and Partake! Be lively and participate in the church and what Christ has in store for us!
Coming up in May, St. Augustine’s has the Patronal Feast to celebrate St. Augustine for whom this church is named. Only: St. Augustine was really St. Augustino. He was Italian! Thus we are having an Italian feast! Come join us on May 27th either at the 8:00 AM or 10:30 AM Mass, then come downstairs to our fellowship hall, Canon Reed Hall, at noon for the festivities. Sign-ups for food or drink you wish to bring will be available during the 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM Masses in the weeks prior. But of course what we want most is for you to come, enjoy, partake of the fellowship available at St. Augustine’s, and help us celebrate our patron saint!
If you don’t want to wait until the Patronal Feast to hang out with the good folk of St. Augustine’s outside of Mass, come by the church Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM for MidWeek Mass and join in the Prayer Lab at 6:45 PM. Or just come for the Prayer Lab! It’s a rather informal setting and a good way to have fellowship while furthering your understanding of and relationship with God.”
